In 1989, Sebastian boarded a plane in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA to attend his sister's wedding in Los Angeles, and he never returned. He was a young drummer with rock and roll dreams. He spent his early years playing and touring with local bands while supporting himself waiting tables at Ed Debevic's in Beverly Hills and opening the famous House of Blues on Sunset Blvd. When he bought his first home, he converted his garage into a recording studio (which now also serves as a post-sound studio). He began producing and recording local artists as well as serving as the drummer for many of the artists he produced. As the music industry shifted he found himself at a crossroads. At the urging of a close friend who was an established sound editor, Sebastian jumped into the world of sound. He has served as sound supervisor, sound editor, foley artist, ADR engineer and re-recording mixer on webseries, short films and feature length films.

Sebastian received an Emmy nomination for his work on Westworld in 2017.

Currently part of the team at Warner Brothers SoundSebastian has worked on films for Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures and Lionsgate Entertainment and is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild.

Sebastian is also the drummer for CRANKY GEORGE whose members include James Fearnley (The Pogues), Brad Wood (Producer - Smashing Pumpkins, Liz Phair, Pete Yorn) Kieran Mulroney (writer - Sherlock Holmes - A Game Of Shadows, Paper Man) and Dermot Mulroney (actor - The Grey, About Schmidt, My Best Friends Wedding).

When not in the studio, you will find Sebastian on his Harley or on the golf course. He lives in Los Angeles and Colorado with his wife Mara and their dogs Desi and Monte.
